1. Make sure you have Office Medicine version 12. loaded on your system.

2. Send us an email at officemedicine@comcast.net so we can review and enroll your PQRS measures and/or provide training if needed.  You must successfully report PQRS measures to CMS in order to qualify for meaningful use. We will also send you the EMR certification number. Do not register without the certification number.

3. Click the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Continue”, then login using the same password previously used for your NPI registration NPPES or PECOS.
